1. Acceptance
By using Care360 you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
2. Not medical advice
Care360 supports communication with licensed clinicians but does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
3. Payments
Consultation fees are agreed directly between patient and consultant and are displayed in your local currency for convenience; actual settlement happens in the consultant's listed currency. Refunds are at the consultant's discretion.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Liability
Care360 is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
