Care360 (ITECH Health Connect) provides a platform for chronic disease tracking and consultant access available globally.

2. Data we collect

• Account details (name, email, phone)
• Health data you enter (vitals, medication, symptoms, conditions)
• Consultant interactions, payments, and communication logs
• Technical data (browser, language, approximate location for currency)

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data under one or more of: your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, or to object to processing. Contact privacy@care360.health.

5. Health information (HIPAA-style notice)

Care360 may not be a HIPAA-covered entity in every jurisdiction. Where it applies, your protected health information is only disclosed to clinicians and administrators directly involved in your care, or as required by law. You can request a copy or correction of your record at any time.

6. International transfers

Care360 operates globally. Data may be processed in the country where our infrastructure providers operate. We use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Security

Access is protected by authentication, row-level security, encryption in transit, and audit logging on sensitive operations.
